Financial Assistance Scheme

Dear Parents/Guardian,

We are pleased to inform you that applications for MOE Financial Assistance Scheme (MOE FAS) 2025 are now open.

1. If you have children studying in different Government or Government-aided schools (GGAS), you need to submit only 1 application form to the school of any child.

2. Parent whose child is a ComCare recipient need not submit an application for MOE FAS as it will be automatically granted to ComCare beneficiaries in GGAS.

3. As part of MOE effort towards digitization, we will no longer distribute hard copies of MOE FAS pamphlets to your child/ward. You may visit the MOE website at https://www.moe.gov.sg/financial-matters/financial-assistance for the list of benefits and use the eligibility calculator to check whether your family qualifies for MOE FAS.

4. To ensure prompt processing of your application within 2 to 3 weeks upon submission, please submit a complete application with all the required supporting documents listed in the form.

Additional pointers for 2025 P1 Parents/Guardians

1. If you have submitted an FAS application for your P1 2025 child since 03 October 2024, there is no need to submit again.

2. Please submit a complete application with all the required supporting documents by Friday, 15 November 2024. Processing time would be within 2 to 3 weeks.
